“At 15 years old, I knew something was wrong. My body ached in ways that no one my age could understand. I didn’t have the words for it yet, but I knew—this wasn’t “normal.”
“Doctors had no answers, telling me ‘You’re too young,’. But the exhaustion, the pain, was always there. I found comfort observing my elders lifestyle knowing, deep down, there had to be another way.”
“At 29, I was diagnosed with lupus. And while it gave me answers, it also gave me something else—a reason to fully commit to healing in a way that honors my whole self.”
“So I started experimenting with subtle changes to my routine. Consulting with an Ayurvedic Practitioner, and documenting my progress. Slowly, I started listening—to my body, to my intuition. And for the first time, I felt progress.”
